His Ph.D. research explores the use of ultrasound imaging for knee osteoarthritis screening. His research collaboration also involves echocardiography and cardiac CT scan for heart disease detection. He explores use of X-ray imaging for carpal bone measurement. He converted a light microscope into a digital, portable, and compact microscope that is equipped with AI for malaria examination. Apart from that, he also explores the use of IoT-based microclimate sensor for Sigatoka disease severity in Cavendish banana farm. His work shows a commitment to use technology for improving the effective and efficient outcomes.
